You are welcome to phone, email or text me. Briefly outline the areas you would like to address (e.g. anxiety, low mood, stress, confidence, relationships, etc), and the times you can attend. I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours, and if for some reason I am unable to offer you an appointment, I will try to point you in the right direction regarding other qualified and skilled practitioners.
On booking the first appointment, you confirm that you have read the information listed on the website pertaining to contact, practical details, fees, consent to treatment, confidentiality and third party contact. And following the first assessment appointment, if a treatment plan is agreed, that you consent to the treatment plan. A confirmation email will be asked of you regarding consent to treatment when the therapist emails you the CBT information and availability email, and once you receive this email, and you agree the times you can attend, you will also be asked to consent to treatment via that return email and to familiarise yourself with the areas outlined in this paragraph.
The therapist is a fully accredited BABCP & UKCP registered member and you can find their registration on the websites and the respective code of ethics & complaints processes are listed there.
